- Free Fitness Assessment
- I believe the best way to start a relationship with a client is to give away my services for free. By giving a free fitness assessment, it allows us to get to know each other and see if we are a good match for personal training. It also gives us a great opportunity to talk about your fitness goals and to see where your current fitness level is. Once we determine your current fitness level, then we can create a realistic plan that will help you to reach your fitness goals.
- Individual Personal Training
- My passion is working with people one on one to help them on their journey to physical fitness. I take a holistic approach that includes exercise plans and nutritional advice. Sessions are 1 hour long.
1 Session = $45
6 Sessions = $225 ($37.50 per session)
12 Sessions = $405 ($33.75 per session) - Group Training
- There are many great benefits to training with another person or a small group. Firstly, it keeps all the people involved accountable to each other and helps keep everyone motivated. Secondly, it can create a slightly competitive environment where group members push each other to greater fitness results. Thirdly, it makes economic sense to split the cost of a personal trainer with other people.
2 People = $30 per person
3 People = $25 per person
4 People = $20 per personI do not like to do group training with more than 4 people as I feel that I can no longer give the attention that each member deserves if there are 5 or more people. I do however teach several classes at the Alameda Fitness Center which may be an attractive alternative to some.
